Policies

All those under 24 are required to have physical photo ID with them such as a valid passport or drivers license.

Where the minimum age for a piercing is 16, the person to be pierced must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid physical photo ID must be presented for both parties. Where surnames differ, a birth certificate/proof of guardianship will be accepted as additional proof.

Photographs or photocopies will not be accepted. Restrictions are in line with my insurance policy. No exceptions will be made. If you are unsure what constitutes as acceptable ID, please do not hesitate to contact me.

You are welcome to bring a friend with you. We ask that you please do not bring any children.

All appointments require a deposit, deposits are redeemable against your service fee.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit.

If you are going to be late to your appointment and do not contact beforehand, your deposit will be forfeit 10 minutes after your appointment start time. This will count as a no-show.

3 no-shows or last minute cancellations will result in an automatic block from the booking system.

I will not pierce anybody that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you arrive to your appointment under the influence, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

I cannot pierce you if you are pregnant or nursing.

I cannot pierce you if you are taking medications such as Accutane or any antibiotics. If you are taking blood thinners, a letter from your doctor giving consent to proceed is required.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash payments are preferred but card payments are also accepted!

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes! Students get a 10% discount on their piercings when they present a valid college ID.

Can I bring my own jewellery to my appointment?

I will only use jewellery that is unworn, sterilized, and of a verifiable material. This means I will only use jewellery that I sell in the studio in order to guarantee quality materials. I will only use implant grade titanium, 14k and 18k solid gold and niobium.

How many piercings can I get done during my appointment?

I will perform a maximum of 3 piercings. This is at my discretion depending on the combined piercing types. Once those piercings have been downsized and are healing well, we can add more.

Can you custom order jewellery for me?

Yes! If you have seen a piece of jewellery that you like from a brand that I stock, please contact me about a custom order. If you are unsure whether the jewellery will be suitable for your planned placement, please book in for a consultation. Custom orders will be placed on a monthly basis or subject to demand. A 50% deposit is required for all orders.

What is your refund/exchange policy on jewellery?

Due to hygiene, all jewellery sales are final and non-refundable. Some pieces come with a lifetime guarantee, this means that the jewellery company offers a warranty against any manufacturing defects. This does not protect against any losses, or breakages due to mishandling or wear and tear. I will help to educate you to the best of my ability on proper jewellery care but I do not accept any liability for any breakages or loss of jewellery.
