Service Description
An appointment in which we can create a design for your ear piercings that is unique to you! We will discuss your anatomy and jewellery options for both the initial and healed piercing. Feel free to bring along any inspiration photos that you may have! Custom orders can be placed during this appointment. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. No piercings will be performed during this appointment, a future appointment will have to be made once you're ready to start your curation journey! PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a deposit to be refunded. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. If you are going to be late to your appointment and do not contact beforehand, your deposit will be forfeit 10 minutes after your appointment start time. This will count as a no-show on my booking system. 3 no-shows or short notice cancellations will result in an automatic block from the booking system.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: All appointments require a deposit, deposits are redeemable against the service fee. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. Late Policy: If you are late and do not contact beforehand, your deposit will be forfeit 10 minutes after appointment start time. This will be counted as a no-show. 3 no-shows or last minute cancellations will result in a block from the booking system. ID Policy: Minimum age for most piercings is 16 unless specified. For those under 18 a valid physical ID is required, a parent/legal guardian must also be present with valid physical ID. If surnames differ, a birth certificate/proof of guardianship can be accepted as additional proof. Those who are 18+ but appear under 25 will be asked to present physical photo ID. ID must be physical and government issued, such as a passport or drivers license. No photos. Failure to adhere to policy will result in loss of deposit.
