Service Description
During this appointment you will be to browse my selection of jewellery and have the piece fitted for you. Deposit covers the service fee only, jewellery will incur a fee. Please note that I will not be able to fit jewellery for you that has been purchased outside of the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: All appointments require a deposit, deposits are redeemable against the service fee. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. Late Policy: If you are late and do not contact beforehand, your deposit will be forfeit 10 minutes after appointment start time. This will be counted as a no-show. 3 no-shows or last minute cancellations will result in a block from the booking system. ID Policy: Minimum age for most piercings is 16 unless specified. For those under 18 a valid physical ID is required, a parent/legal guardian must also be present with valid physical ID. If surnames differ, a birth certificate/proof of guardianship can be accepted as additional proof. Those who are 18+ but appear under 25 will be asked to present physical photo ID. ID must be physical and government issued, such as a passport or drivers license. No photos. Failure to adhere to policy will result in loss of deposit.
