Service Description
This appointment is for clients who’d like to come in and purchase jewellery only. During your visit, you can browse our range of verified implant-grade titanium and solid gold pieces. I’m happy to help you choose the right piece and answer any questions about sizing, style, or aftercare. This appointment does not include fitting or piercing. If you’d like help changing jewellery or getting pierced, please book the appropriate appointment type.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: All appointments require a deposit, deposits are redeemable against the service fee. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. Late Policy: If you are late and do not contact beforehand, your deposit will be forfeit 10 minutes after appointment start time. This will be counted as a no-show. 3 no-shows or last minute cancellations will result in a block from the booking system. ID Policy: Minimum age for most piercings is 16 unless specified. For those under 18 a valid physical ID is required, a parent/legal guardian must also be present with valid physical ID. If surnames differ, a birth certificate/proof of guardianship can be accepted as additional proof. Those who are 18+ but appear under 25 will be asked to present physical photo ID. ID must be physical and government issued, such as a passport or drivers license. No photos. Failure to adhere to policy will result in loss of deposit.
